Email Receipt Extractor

This tool scans your Gmail inbox for emails with “receipt” in the subject line, or “order”, “payment”, “invoice”, or “expense” in the subject plus “total” in the body.

It extracts key info like sender, subject, and a preview of the message, downloads any attachments to a Google Drive folder, and inserts direct links to both the email and the saved files in your connected Google Sheet. Also label and save the extracted emails to a Gmail Folder "receipt + script running date"

Note: Processing may take time. Once completed, it’s strongly recommended that you save or download your new Google Sheet to prevent any data loss.

Max emails: 10,000 per run.
