AI.JUJU: Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the AI.JUJU app ("the App"). The App is an AI-powered accounting and financial management application developed and owned by JUJU Accounting ("JUJU Accounting"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Those who do not agree to the Terms are not permitted to use the App. 

2. Eligibility and user accounts

* Account Registration: Account registration may be required, with the need to provide accurate information.

* Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. 

3. License to use the App

* Limited License: JUJU Accounting grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal and internal business purposes.

* Restrictions: Users must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, use for illegal purposes, or violate any laws. The App cannot be used to train AI without consent. 

4. AI-powered features and content

* AI Output Ownership: Users own their input data, but AI Output may have specific terms.

* Commercial Use of AI Output: AI Output can be used commercially without attribution, though attribution is appreciated.

* Content Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring their use of AI Output is lawful and does not infringe on third-party rights.

* AI Enhancement: User data may be used to enhance the App's AI. 

5. Intellectual property

* JUJU Accounting Ownership: The App and its technology are the intellectual property of JUJU Accounting and its licensors.

* User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of content they submit, but grant JUJU Accounting a license to use it within the App. 

6. Payment and billing

* Subscription Fees: Users agree to pay applicable fees for paid features.

* Billing Information: Accurate and updated payment information must be provided.

* Cancellations and Refunds: Details are provided within the App or on the website. 

7. Limitation of liability and disclaimers

* Limitation of Liability: JUJU Accounting is not liable for damages arising from the use of the App.

* Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided "as is" without warranties.

* Professional Advice: The App does not provide professional advice; users are responsible for verifying AI Output and compliance. 

8. Termination

* Termination by JUJU Accounting: JUJU Accounting may terminate access for violating these Terms or for other reasons.

* Termination by User: Users can terminate their account by contacting JUJU Accounting. 

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

* Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State and the United States of America.

* Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through Mediation, arbitration, or litigation in New York, NY, United States. 

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be modified with notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.
